A very warm welcome to my blog, I’m delighted that you’ve found me.
A little bit about me – I worked in the corporate world for many years, managing the stress and subsequent bad habits I picked up along the way (including smoking) as best I could. One day, in a moment of sheer desperation, I decided on Cognitive Hypnotherapy to help kick my smoking habit.
I had what could be described as a ‘lightbulb’ moment – something clicked in me as a result, and not only did I totally give up smoking, I also knew that this was an approach I needed to know more about.
I am now like that specialist I first went to see, many moons ago, on Harley Street and where I subsequently set up my first hypnotherapy practice, before gravitating to the City where the majority of my clients were based and where I’m still based today.
I work with many different people on a variety of issues, some you’ll be familiar with, such as stopping smoking or overcoming fears and phobias and others that you might not expect or associate with hypnotherapy.
Through this blog I aim to provide helpful tips, advice, techniques and to talk more about Cognitive Hypnotherapy and it’s many uses.
I’ll do my best to keep posts useful, upbeat and to provide some interesting facts along the way too.
