Hypnotherapy for IBS - Treatment London

I'm required to attend auditions, often at short notice. For as long as I can remember I've had anxiety about access to toilets and a fear of what would happen if I didn't get there in time.  Public transport was out of the question and I would regularly have minor panic attacks on arrival, needing to know where the toilets were. On top of this, eating out with friends and family had become way too stressful, it got to the point where I was really quite reclusive and this bought on periods of depression too. I'm delighted to say that after 4 sessions I'm a completely different person!  One of the best things has been enjoying a whole Easter weekend away of eating and drinking with my family and I've just landed a great part in a new TV series! I feel like I have my life back, thank you.
