It combines: trance (hypnosis), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive and Evolutionary Psychologies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro-Science.
This combination of psychological knowledge provides a structure for overcoming issues rapidly, whilst also providing a relaxing and relieving experience.
